Description
Unlike most pipe series, these pipes are coated with fibre reinforced cement mortar coating is applied on metallic zinc. Cement mortar coating has a minimum thickness of 3 mm and an average of 5 mm.
CemZinoc Series
- Designed for usage in high corrosive soils.
- It is applied as the top coat on pipes produced in accordance with EN 545 and EN 598 standards.
- It is applied on 99.99% pure zinc coating (200 g/m2).
- Composed of mortar composition sand, water, blast furnace slag (50%) cement and fiber contribution to enforce the cement mortar coating surface.
- Finally, the entire surface is covered with a polyolefin wrapping that will create a net structure on the surface.
- CemZinoc coatings with high protection property against corrosives have passed all performance tests according to EN 15542 standard.
